S V Rutter Limited has a proud history of successful building projects over the last 40 years. We are a family run and owned company, specialising in building and civil engineering services. Although all operations are managed from our North Tyneside office, we regularly carry out building projects across the north east and further afield.

Our company continues to grow from strength to strength. We have expanded our commercial property portfolio and have increased our property development and house building projects with many future sites in the pipeline.

Our experienced and creative team are able to offer a bespoke, professional service on both our own projects and those of our many long term clients. S V Rutter Ltd aim to work with our clients before, during and after project works to deliver high standards each and every time.
